Rubber Mold Cleaner, RMC930
The RMC930 is a rubber mold cleaner formulated by DST. It is a dedicate chemical solution develop for removing contaminant mark on the mold. Many rubber substances are manufactured via hot molding process. The rubber solution will be poured into the mold and cure with certain pattern.
During the detach process, there are always a minor rubber debris attached on the mold surface, especially at the sharp edge area. The debris will be slowly accumulated on the mold surface and causing a significant visual defect on the rubber product.
The Process Engineer shall use dedicate rubber mold cleaner to clean up the mold.
What is Rubber Mold Cleaner, RMC930
The is an alkaline based solution which used to clean the rubber mold after it has been contaminated during the process. There are always some raw rubber residue rested at the metal mold cavity, the RMC930 should be one of the appropriate cleaner to use for removing the contaminant.
The alkaline based cleaner is so effective not only removing the rubber debris on the mold but also peel off the contaminant too! Meanwhile, the RMC930 solution also becomes another alternative for user who uses cold ice blasting.
